COVID-19 Update

As the situation is changing on a daily basis, we are checking the latest GovernmentHSE and NHS guidance on dealing with and preventing the spread of Coronavirus.

 

We want to provide you with an update on any orders you have placed / may wish to place with us. 

Webshop

We understand that this is an unsettling and worrying time for our customers and appreciate your cooperation and patience. As the situation changes on a daily basis, we will provide you with updates that may impact our availability and deliveries. 

At present:

• Our warehouse remains open and is able to fulfil orders in a timely manner

• We are actively reviewing our processes across our warehouse to prevent any disruption.

 

Deliveries

Please note all timed services excluding next day have been suspended until further notice. 

Please be aware that Royal Mail, along with other UK courier services, have removed their Proof of Delivery (POD) method during this period. This means that any items purchased will no longer require a signature as proof of delivery. Instead, deliveries will be kept in a “safe place” at your property so you can collect them. 

Returns

Following updated government guidance, all returned goods on arrival will be quarantined for 72 hours at our warehouse. After such period, your returns will then be processed as per our Returns Policy.

Training

All NICEIC and ELECSA face to face training courses have been restarted. We are reviewing our position in line with Government Guidance regularly.

We will contact all delegates advising of any face to face training course cancellation. The delegates will be offered the opportunity to reschedule to one of the following alternative options (where available)- Face to face course for later in the year (If you cannot book a place at your local venue, it may not have opened yet) 

 

Online course / Virtual Training
