This course has been designed to give individuals the skills and understanding required to allow them to safely isolate an electrical system to safely remove and replace an accessory on a like for like basis.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Candidates attending this training must have a fundamental understanding of electrical principles, additionally, a working knowledge of BS 7671 would be beneficial. Due to the limited nature of this training course, employers are advised to ensure that, as appropriate, delegates attending this training are given the opportunity to practice and further develop skills in the workplace under supervision of someone suitably qualified to make judgements on performance against industry standards.
