It is aimed at those who are required to have a good working knowledge of the latest version of this core industry standard, by updating and building on previous understanding of this topic.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This course is suitable for those who design, install, commission or maintain low-voltage electrical installations and who need to better understand the impact and implications of Amendment 2:2022. Whilst the workshop is primarily aimed at experienced electricians, it will also be of benefit to those with an existing understanding of BS 7671:2018 including allied trades as well as trade related professionals such as contract managers, installation designers, consultants, specifiers and surveyors.
Although there are no formal entry requirements, delegates will gain most from this CPD course if they already have a good understanding of BS 7671:2018. It is expected that candidates have experience of electrical installation work and a good understanding of electrical science and principles.
This course will provide an overview of the main changes introduced by Amendment 2:2022.
