We want you to be happy with your purchase but if a product is not what you expected, or is faulty you can return it to us free of charge within 30 days of you receiving the goods and we will process a refund in line with our Refund Policy. You can return them free of charge by following the guidance below.
Provide details of the item(s) being returned on the delivery note which accompanied your goods, along with the reason for the return. Place this with the items you are returning.
Go to the royal mail website using the address provided on your delivery note and select from the options provided.*
Complete the fields required, print off your label, attach to your parcel and take your parcel to your nearest post office to return back to us free of charge.
*If you believe your parcel to be greater than 20kg in weight or larger than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) please contact us on 0333 015 6626 to discuss alternative return options.
- It's important that any unwanted item(s), unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused.
- For a full refund you should also return any free or promotional items which were included with the original sale of a product
Products that can't be returned or exchanged
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:
- Products which have been personalised for you, such as work wear, stationery and ID cards.
Simply return the unwanted item following our returns procedure and place a new order online for the product you'd like.
How long do I have to exchange a product?
In line with our returns policy, you have up to 30 days from receipt of your goods to exchange a product.
Missing, incomplete or damaged orders
If your order is incomplete, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately; please allow a little extra time before contacting us.

Once we have received the returned goods and verified they are in the appropriate condition, we'll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order. The way you originally paid for the purchase will determine how you are refunded. Please note it can take up to 14 days of you returning the item(s) to receive your refund.
